Cancelation Policy

Any booking cancellation request made by the passenger  is canceled once the sales/booking department has send an official confirmation via email with a code.

Payment

Reservations must be prepaid 31 days before arrival. 100% of the total stay deposit, is due 31 day(s) prior to arrival and will be charged to the credit card provided.

Individual Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after 12:00 AM local time, 31 day(s) prior to arrival date, the forfeiture amount will be 100% from the total stay.

No Show

In case of NO show the passenger will be charged with a penalty corresponding to 100% of the total stay value.

Cancelations due to Weather Conditions Natural Disasters

Cancellation due to weather conditions or natural disasters made after 31 prior arrival, will have the chance to change the reservation dates with no charge. (Subject to availability)

Taxes

In accordance with the local tax laws, the Chilean citizens (and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in Chile) will be charged an additional fee of 19% in concept of value-added tax. This fee is not automatically included in the total amount of reservation, therefore should be added. This tax also applies for Chilean citizens, even in the case that have made your booking with a USD rate.

To be exempted from the payment of the rate of VAT, foreign citizens must demonstrate their status by presenting foreign passport and card for entry into the country.”
